I embraced Alternative Therapies in 2009, after a 16 year career in magazine publishing. In trying to understand what I felt but could not see, I sought the knowledge of various energy therapies such as Multidimensional Therapy, Aura Reading and Reiki, Radiestesia among others.  There is no end to the search for knowledge of the body as a whole and there are countless techniques that we can combine with massage to enhance its results, such as kinesiology, essential oils, crystals, flowers and chromotherapy. I work with my heart, I use intuition and mediumship. I know we are much more than just a body and the way we see and accept ourselves makes all the difference to our daily balance and inner peace. Massage, whether physical or for the Soul is not a luxury but a necessity in a society where the level of stress is much higher than desirable. All physical unbalance begins in our energetic field. Taking care of our energy, our emotions and thoughts is to prevent physical discomforts and illnesses.
