About Me
My journey as a therapist spans over 14 years of experience. I am a professional massage therapist and reflexologist, an accredited massage instructor, a Psionic Therapist (using the Régia Prado system), and a facilitator of Kundalini Energy Activation and Trance Healing.
My approach is holistic: I combine massage and reflexology with energy healing techniques such as Trance Healing, Kundalini Energy, and Multidimensional Therapy.
I work with psionic boards and portals, fostering transformation, inner healing, and the expansion of consciousness. My goal is to facilitate processes of cleansing, alignment, energetic balance, and profound well-being.
I am a co-founder of the Ericeira Life Center, where I currently practice.
Training and Journey
After 16 years in magazine publishing, I embraced alternative therapies in 2009.
In 2013, I qualified in Reflexology at IRIL (Lisbon Institute of Integrated Reflexology) and began practicing in 2014 at medical clinics and holistic centers.
Between 2014 and 2015, I deepened my expertise in massage through training in:
Chiromassage (CFM – Massage Therapist Training Center)
Traditional Ayurvedic Massage (Luso-Brazilian Ayurvedic Association)
My quest for knowledge also led me to explore various energy therapies, such as Reiki, Multidimensional Therapy, Aura Reading, Radiesthesia, RP® Psionic Tables, and Kundalini Energy.
